Shipping & Return Policy
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
If you are within the first 30 days of receiving your first Verist order and are not satisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund. For subsequent purchases, we will accept returns within 60 days of your shipment being delivered, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging and condition. To return your order, please complete the following:
1) Email us at info@shopverist.com to alert us that you will be returning your product and to request the Return Shipping Address. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless within 30 days of first Verist purchase.
2) Ship your product back to us and email the tracking number directly to info@shopverist.com.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its unopened condition or whether it’s the customer’s first Verist purchase, we will issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for returns and/or the return policy, please email us at info@shopverist.com to alert us that you will be returning your product. We’ll respond with a shipping label and instructions for returning your order. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless within 30 days of first purchase.
By purchasing Verist products via retail, you automatically accept the terms of purchase including agreeing to and understanding the refund policy.
Verist will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on the shopverist.com website. Verist will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
